I recently visited MB Cherry Hill with intent to purchase a CLS550. I spent 30 minutes walking the lot and showroom, circling both several times. Not once did a single person acknowledge me. I walked past a CLS550. I spent 30 minutes walking the lot and showroom, circling both several times. Not once did a single person acknowledge me. I walked past several workers there having discussions with one another, and several more on periodic smoke breaks outside. It was a very poor representation of the MB brand. I left and will not be back to them ever, nor would I recommend anyone to visit there. I am certainly not looking for the stereotypical in your face car salesperson, but I would at least like someone to say hello or ask if I needed anything. Hard to believe in a tight economy that a dealership would not be going above and beyond to secure a new client. More
