Both Joe and Jay were extremely kind. However, Joe was whom we dealt with. He was down to earth and patient with us. There was some discrepancies with my husband's credit. So, we used my credit. However, I suppose this corperation was unsure of my credit, due to little activity on my part. This is where Joe comes into the picture. I explained to Joe that we are hard working people, who deserves an oportunity. I believe, he went away and spoke to someone, and faught on our behalf.
