I got My 2018 Mercedes Benz in 2019 and it was the best experience, I literally walked out within hours with only a $500 down payment thanks to Chris Collea who no longer works there, sadly. Now I've had my car for about 2 years, and I've made 2 years with my business, so I wanted to upgrade to something nice I worked hard for 2 years I deserve this. I've been in there twice to upgrade, and its always new sales reaps, well anyway I was Approved for a new 2022 which was about 60 grand. I wanted to just come in for information to put the car in my business and they didn't really help me with that talked me out of it, however they asked me for a deposit of $22,000 down then told me if I get a cosigner my deposit would only be $2,500. So, I got a co-signer with A1 credit and still said I needed $15,000 down, sounds like they are struggling to pay their employees because I called the bank where I financed my car, they said that was a lie and a ridicules amount as a down payment, I'm not purchasing a home and for that amount I can buy a car. Adam Sharkway was my sells reap Terrible. The first bad experience was with a man Desmone, they actually approved me for a whole other car with my current car loan with them and the down payment they wanted me to give was $12,000 another ridicules amount. They are taking advantage of consumers and thought that I would be stuck nope! Called BMW they were excellent was able to trade in my Mercedes with them get in a new 2022 BMW X6 with a down payment of $2,000 Yeah Thank you BMW! More
Desmonds has demonstrated a great professionalism and made our car buying experience memorable. He was very knowledgeable of the car, devoted his time with us to demonstrate some features and most of all made our car buying experience memorable. The finance department, on the other hand, doesn’t seem very responsive when it comes to refunds. In this regards, two weeks after the purchase, I am still waiting on my earnest deposit to be refunded while I was told it will take a week or so. More
