Almost quit MB because of Cherry Hill MB Service is important to me; and it should be important to you. It however, is not important to Cherry Hill MB. This place is so self-important that they are fine treating you like they are doing a favor just by agreeing to service your car. Their service team's speed is glacial. If I arrive at 7am before the doors open, why am I still sitting in their lobby at 2pm; just for an oil change and wiper blades? When I've reported a problem I was experiencing with my vehicle during an annual service visit, I've been told, "look we're really busy today, we'll look into that another time.....you can just bring it back". No, I scheduled my appointment, reported the issue, and arrived on time. Why should I be treated like my needs aren't important? And then to receive a $1200 bill on top is the equivalent of them saying "go ahead an grab your ankles.... and thank me for the pleasure." Did I forget to mention that my service guy would repeatedly ask me to highly rate him on certain survey questions? He would make it a point to stress which questions I should give him all 5's. No sir. Your entire shop is a half-star at best. When It was time for me to get a new car, I took my business elsewhere. More

Upon arrival at Cherry Hill Mercedes Benz, I was immediately greeted by the sales manager, Joe Falotico which I found to be very rare because ordinari Upon arrival at Cherry Hill Mercedes Benz, I was immediately greeted by the sales manager, Joe Falotico which I found to be very rare because ordinarily you don't meet the managers until the end of the painful negotiation process. He proceeded to introduce me to my sales agent Stan Winslow. Both Joe and Stan were extremely friendly, informative and honest throughout the entire car buying experience. I have an extensive background dealing with high end dealerships in the past but extremely impressed with there entire process. They displayed all pricing and financing quotes in order to accommodate my price point. Initially I didn't think this deal would be possible, however, once Bruce Williams got involved with my trade, the 3 of these gentlemen somehow made this happen! I couldn't be happier now owning my 2012 CLS550 and would recommend this dealership to family and friends in the future! This was by far the smoothest transaction I've ever completed. I first worked directly with the Sales Manager Jay Romer to work on my new lease and then worked through the details with Sean McNabb. Sean made the process seamless, we worked most of the details out over the phone, and I was able to simply pick my car up and was out of the dealership in a little less then an hour. Sean went over the car's features with me and was extremely patient and pleasant to deal with. Thanks for another great experience! More
Unprofessional & Irresponsible Sales Dept - Worst Experience I am a big fan of Mercedes ML - every time my Lease expires I go back and get a new ML. So I was getting ready to get my 4th lease on ML. I went to this dealership as one of our offices was nearby. This was in August 2014 - I negotiated a price, confirmed with sales rep Keri Cordero that I was coming to pick up the car – and when I went to pick up the car – she gave me some excuses - claimed that she was supposed to get from another dealership but had some issues, so could not get the car. She apologized and I accepted her apology and moved on. Now in Oct 2014, she told me that she could get the car I wanted so we negotiated the price via email and confirmed the car details. She sent me the car sticker and we finalized. Now on Oct 23, I went to pick the car. I live in North Jersey and made a special 2 hour trip to pick up the car. Before I went I reconfirmed that she had the car and she confirmed that she did. I go to pick the car and the car she had for me was different from the Car sticker she emailed to confirm our deal. This car was cheaper, with fewer options than the one I had agreed to Lease. I waited to salvage the situation since I wasted a working day to make the 2 hour journey each way to pick the car. The sales manager “JAY ROMER” steps in. I tell him about the situation and instead of understanding and helping a customer he started showing his attitude as if it was my mistake (that they had the wrong car) and he was doing me a favor by even talking to me. Like I said I have been leasing for last 9 years and this was my 4th lease renewal for Mercedes ML, I have never come across such a rude, arrogant, unprofessional, irresponsible manager. He tells me “I can take what is there or else just leave.” I told him that he was rude and I will write a review about my experience. He said “Make sure you spell my NAME correctly and gave me his card” – such arrogance. Obviously I did not get the car from them. I am so disappointed with his attitude and behavior that not only this dealership but Mercedes has lost a customer as I have decided not to LEASE any Mercedes brand anymore. I have been a loyal customer for several years but was insulted by Manager employed by Mercedes dealer. I will also write to the owner of the dealership and Mercedes customer relations so they know how customers are treated and cheated by the sales people at this dealership. More

However, the experience I had at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Cherry Hill was fantastic. When I went in, I sat down with Paul Wu who was courteous, not the slightest bit pushy, and was all-around a wonderful salesman. He was helpful, showed me options that I wasn't aware of and, without a doubt, was the best salesman I've ever had. I've bought multiple cars and dealt with many salesman. If you're looking for a great experience without feeling pressured, I'm sure there are others, but I'd recommend Paul. More

Never Again! I have long wanted a Mercedes. My father only drove Mercedes. I stopped in to see a E350 and was pleased to find they had the exact car on their flo I have long wanted a Mercedes. I was advised against dealing with this dealership from a number of family and friends. Since the car was on the floor it was against my better judgement but bought it there anyway. Nancy Kovler was the salesperson appointed to me. Well it seems their MO is to tell you when you pick up the car there is only one set of keys available. Do you believe it took me almost two weeks to get the second set. I was promised by my salesperson she would drop off the set at my house. Never happened. Had to delay my vacation plans and go into the dealership myself. They manufactured me a second set of keys in minutes. Was able to get onto my trip but was delayed almost 12 hours. More
