Beware of Bait n Switch Cherry Hill mercedes We were lied to and treated poorly by the closing team. The sales manager and the closing finance officer reneged on the deal that was agreed to by ou We were lied to and treated poorly by the closing team. The sales manager and the closing finance officer reneged on the deal that was agreed to by our sales agent after investing six hours of negotiating. We had even raced to the bank to get a certified check in Philadelphia. They were unrepentant, claimed it was not up to the sales person to make the deal and that 'they' make the deal - sticker price. This management team is untrustworthy, slimy and unpleasant. The sales person Nancy was helpful and informative. More
