When I arrived at the dealership, Jackie showed me the exact car I wanted to see. We took it for a test drive. The car sold itself BUT if the deal was not right, I would not have purchased the car. Jackie had thorough, factual answers to all my questions and the price was right. I quickly decided to buy the car. An appointment was made with the finance department. They also did a great job and they were a pleasure to work with. Finally the dealership manager thanked me for my purchase. I am very happy with my Mercedes. In the past I have had ridiculous experiences with car dealerships from Nissan saying lady you can't "afford" a car here to Buick taking 30 minutes to figure out if they even had a car available for me. DO NOT BUY YOUR MERCEDES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BUY YOUR MERCEDES FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! I am Here for routine maintenance for my 2017 GLS 550 and rim damage and slit of rubber cut from my tire. BUY YOUR MERCEDES FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! I am Here for routine maintenance for my 2017 GLS 550 and rim damage and slit of rubber cut from my tire. First off, no loaner car was available so I was stuck getting a ride to work and back from work when my car was finished. I also purchased the tire plan in which was marketed to me by my salesman Mark and the lady who closed the deal Cateria as a protection for my rims and tires. Well after having my car all day, they called to tell me that my car was finished and my tire damage was not covered by my tire protection plan!!!! WHAT????? What do you mean my tire needs are not covered under my tire protection plan? That is not what you told me when you sold me the plan. I literally am driving a brand new 2017 Mercedes GLS 550 with a slit of tire missing and my rim damaged and I bought a protection plan that supposedly covers my tires and rims for incidents such as this. But now I am here and of course that is not covered under my plan!!!!! THIS IS OUR 6st MERCEDES and I can not even get a rental so that I can go to work to pay for this "ELITE " MERCEDES. $100,000 car and a Loaner car is not guaranteed when you bring your car in for service? I love Mercedes and my friends in other states have one and always get a loaner, so it is this particular dealership who doesn't offer you the elite service that one should get when driving a MERCEDES! FYI- Range Rover gives you a loaner all the time, I know because I have one too. BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS AT CHERRY HILL MERCEDES! BUY YOUR MERCEDES ELSEWHERE! More

Sales worst experience and lies ever worst experience and lies ever. I was trading in a vehicle they quoted me a price on the vehicle then they made me an offer on the new vehicle I was l worst experience and lies ever. I was trading in a vehicle they quoted me a price on the vehicle then they made me an offer on the new vehicle I was looking at .I gave them all my information along with my Social Security number And my other parts of my formation the deal was complete but they needed paperwork to confirm that it was current on my mortgage. I then reached out for the general manager .. send him all the information that I was Karen with my mortgage. They said we will call you first thing in the morning to wrap the deal up I never heard from them they did not return my calls and when I finally got a hold of them they said it was in with the credit manager talking to the bank. I then called back hours later and they said they were finalizing the numbers on the car. It was 838 day they never got back to me they did not have the decency to tell me that they were no longer going to make that deal they just totallly blew me off what a horrible customer experience. I could buy cars for 40 something years and this was by far the most deceived and played I have ever experienced I would not recommend anyone to this dealership More
