Never use the service department I purchased about 5 vehicles with cherry hill mercedes. C400 was my last. Tires blew out all the time. The service Dept failed to properly align the t I purchased about 5 vehicles with cherry hill mercedes. C400 was my last. Tires blew out all the time. The service Dept failed to properly align the tires and caused the tire to wear prematurely. Wanted to charge me for yet another replaced tire despite my holding onto the car waiting for new car -- which I have now canceled and going to another dealership either BMW or Audi. I would never use service Dept. More
