I had just purchased a low mileage Mercedes Benz out of Florida and was driving it home to CT when the "please correct tire pressure" message came up. I thought it was a fluke as my car had fairly new Mic Florida and was driving it home to CT when the "please correct tire pressure" message came up. I thought it was a fluke as my car had fairly new Michelin tires on it. I decided to go to the nearest Mercedes dealer to have it checked out. It was late Tuesday afternoon on 6/28/2022. I did not have an appointment and I had never bought a car from Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill, and I don't live in their state. They immediately took my car in and a great blonde haired lady (Veronica) quickly and efficiently helped me out and verified that they had my exact tire in stock should it need to be replaced. Veronica and a tech quickly found that there was a screw in the shoulder of my right rear tire. She then set me up with Andre in service who took all of my information quickly and helped me with my paperwork verifying that it would be covered under warranty. The tech (didn't get his name) was right there and quickly took my GL and got to work on it right away. He was great. About and hour or so later Andre came and found me in your customer service lounge and fully explained everything that they did and that it was covered under my warranty. After signing off on it Andre and your staff had me back on the road headed for home. They even washed my vehicle and had it looking shiny new. I cannot say enough about how beyond impressed I was with their accomodating me and their kindness and speed of service. They are definitely a well oiled machine and represent the brand and more importnatly your dealership and your ownerships philosophy and values well. Everything they did was much appreciated. The next time I am looking for a Mercedes Benz I will definitely have Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill on my list to check first. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Over two hours for an oil and filter change!! Service advisors are shady and try to get you to pay for additional expensive services that are necessary. I tried to talk to a manager before I left and they were all conveniently “in a meeting.” Was charged for additional services that I did not approve of, and when I brought it to the service advisor’s attention, she said “If the problem is about the extra $10 you were charged, I can take it off for you.” No, the problem is things were done without my approval and that is not ethical or fair practice. Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received here especially for being a Mercedes Benz Dealership. Will not be bringing any of my cars back here for service and will definitely tell all of my friends and family to stay away from this dealership!!!! More
