He got some keys and we went for a drive in the model we were interested in. Bob explained the features and options and answered our questions. Today my brand new car ran out of gas on a major road and I used my SOS button through the MBrace package. From start to finish, service was seamless. Employees are the heart of an organization and at MB of Cherry Hill, service is consistently top-notch, whether you are dealing with the initial contact, Roger, whose #1 priority was to ensure my safety then walked me through the process of contacting the police, initiated the call and stayed on the line. Once he knew I would be safe, he transferred me to Angela to coordinate the next step of the process - getting the technician, Felix, to come out to help me the road. Felix went above and beyond and even corrected the root cause of the issue (aside from losing in a game of gas) which was the tire pressure warning blocked the gas warning on my screen. Thanks to everyone at MB of Cherry Hill for the amazing, prompt, and always courteous service. They made a potentially dangerous situation safe, and unpleasant at situation bearable. More
