She patiently explained to me the features in the interior, helped me pair my iPhone to the vehicle and even waited while I made a test call. Julie took the time needed to be sure that I was comfortable with my choice of vehicle and assured me that I could reach out to her to answer any questions or address any issues as they came up. Back in 2003 they wouldn't even wait list m In the past 20+ years I've been buying Mercedes Benz I've tried a few times to do a deal with Cherry Hill. Back in 2003 they wouldn't even wait list me on a $100K car, few years ago no call back from salesman after four days and two calls and my latest attempt last week. I was contacted by internet sales regarding a new 2020 GLE I'm interested in. I explained ahead of time I've had no luck buying at Cherry Hill even though I live 5 minutes away, I always end up in PA or DE. They asked me to give them a chance. So I emailed the colors and options I was looking for and received an email from the internet sales that they were working on it and I would hear from someone. Few hours later I received an email from Stan Winslow whom I came to find is a salesman there. It said: Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to work with you. Even though we couldn't get together on this I will be here to assist in the future. It went on "Now star showing off that NEW CAR." I was completely puzzled by this response as I was expecting a contact to work out the new car. I emailed Mr. Winslow back and asked is there a reason your not willing to sell me a car. Seconds later he responded: "You are not my only customer". Again puzzled I wrote back and asked him what was going on. Before he could reply I wrote again and told him there was no need to reply I would email the owner Mike Hartung the owner. Mr Winslow sent a third email that said: "As you wish." I wrote Mr. Hartung and the head of consumer affairs for MBUSA and didn't hear back from either person. I did receive a voice mail from the GM of Cherry Hill that said he's sorry for the misunderstanding. I then ordered the car from another dealership. Most MB buyers around here tell stories about the nightmares they encounter at CHMB, many are in reviews. To sum it up they act as if they are doing you the biggest favor in the world to sell you a car. This attitude has been there in all the years I've been buying Mercedes and I can only think that this is a reflection of management. Do yourself a favor and hit one of the Pennsylvania or Delaware Dealers you'll be glad you did. More
Called due to failing state inspection! After having my 2013 ML350 Bluetec worked on I took the car for inspection. To my astonishment it was rejected, I was told to drive it more to reset t After having my 2013 ML350 Bluetec worked on I took the car for inspection. To my astonishment it was rejected, I was told to drive it more to reset the computer. At 300 miles I had it reinspected, again rejected. I called MB of cherry hill where it had been worked on to the tune of $1800.00, I couldn't even get a person on the phone except for the receptionist. I asked for a service manager, there are 2 of them I was told, NEITHER OF THEM WAS IN THE OFFICE!! On a whim I called Atlantic City MB, got the service manager and he told me I needed to put 500 miles on the computer and it should reset. He told me I should have been informed of that from the previous dealer. Guaranteed my business now goes to Atlantic City, thank you very much. By the way, Cherry Hill never did return ANY calls!! More

Lying,miserable mechanics hateful of reliable customers So I bought a Mercedes for the first a little over a year age. The car was amazing in all aspects except the tires sucked. You drive over a rock and So I bought a Mercedes for the first a little over a year age. The car was amazing in all aspects except the tires sucked. You drive over a rock and the tires go flat. The tires constantly needed air, too. I would have to stop at a WAWA twice a month to refill the tires with air.. I was systematically going to the dealership twice a month to have my tires changed because of flats. So I finally asked the dealers how about changing the tires? " Oh no you can't change the tires ever. These tires were made specifically for this car only how dare you ask us to change those tires?" The mechanics were angry and miserable every time I drove my car with the flat tire to have them changed. One time I was just waiting for my turn to be served and the mechanic yelled at me what are you ding here, don't you see I have customers? So like any normal person I changed dealerships. I went to another dealership 50 miles away, just to get my car cleaned. And in passing I asked the dealer can I change my tires to different tires? He said of course!!. I can have them changed in 5 minutes. 5 minutes??? I was begging for different tires for a year and a half at the cherry hill dealership. The AC dealership offered them to me in less than 5 minutes. I am a very busy guy who needs a reliable car. I can tell you driving with flimsy tiers was a living xxxx. Sometimes I would be stranded for 15 hours in the middle of nowhere, overnight, and I would come to work not bathed, wearing the same clothing from the day before because of those unreliable tires. All that time I could have been treated with some degree of respect, listened to and had appropriate service. Is that too much to ask when you buy a $100,000.00 car? More

However, the dealership took care of the expense, but I have been trying to reach out to the used car manager, Nick, and has yet to contact me after I’ve called several times. The one time I spoke to Nick he said he was new and didn’t know much about the vehicle. I wish I could unwind my loan and purchase somewhere else. You would think you would keep in touch since I had such a rough experience... never will I purchase from here again. More
