I took my business to MB of Flemington There is a level of professionalism and customer service one expects from a high-end dealership. MB of Cherry Hill missed the mark completely. The first indicator that my experience might be subpar was the difficulty being able to tell who was a customer versus a salesperson. The sales person (JT) who approached us seemed more concerned about my ability to afford a car then showing me the cars I asked to see. She referred to cost and affordability several times. I would have been less irritated had she asked if I had a budget or how much I was planning to invest in a car. The second indicator was the glaring sign it was too much of an effort for her to find specific cars that I asked to test drive because 1. She didn’t want to walk to the numerous parking lots they have to find the cars, and 2. Even with the keys in hand, she couldn’t find one of the cars or get it to unlock After more than 2 hours there I test drove 2 cars and based on her style and the experience, I decided to purchase my new car from MB of Flemington. It’s sad I had to choose a dealership more than 1 hour away from my home, but I”m glad I did. MB of Flemington is sooo MUCH more professional from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave.. Lastly, I read several negative reviews about this dealership, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now I know the other reviews were spot on...... More
