This is the most incompetent service department I have ever witnessed. Communication from the service department was horrible. We have owned our Mercedes close to one year, it has been in service 50% of the time. The service ordered a part that arrived in January and did not inform us until April, the car now has 24,000 miles and th in service 50% of the time. The service ordered a part that arrived in January and did not inform us until April, the car now has 24,000 miles and the break rotors are warped causing the car car to shake, no at Mercedes cares, The dealership manager basically said just drive it line that until you have to change the break pads. This is the most incompetent service department I have ever witnessed. I will say our salesperson has always supported us, but I would never buy another Mercedes. If I could give it back I would. It is a shame my wife loves the car but is has literally been at the shop more than we have had from the interior falling apart to computer issues, we literally just got the car back from service and we are pulled over with another computer issue. My advice is to buy a Lexus More
