I've owned nine Mercedes-Benz vehicles over the years and always had excellent experiences at Fort Washington Mercedes. But after moving to New Jersey, I reluctantly accepted that I’d have to deal with Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill—and every negative thing I’d heard turned out to be true. After four years of avoiding the brand because I didn’t want to deal with this location, I ended up buying a pre-owned GLE in December. Almost immediately, I regretted it—not because of the car, but because I knew I’d be stuck dealing with Cherry Hill Mercedes. Since then, I’ve had three visits—each one worse than the last. I’ve been interrogated at the parts counter, left waiting over an hour with no update for basic service, and given little to no communication while my car has now been in the service department for two weeks. The final straw was receiving a text from my service advisor asking if I knew my rear vents were broken and glued together. I said absolutely not—the car was in perfect condition when I bought it. Her response? “Must’ve been the previous owner.” No accountability. No offer to fix it. Just a cold brush-off and a suggestion to contact the selling dealer—Cherry Hill Land Rover, which is owned by the same company. Since then, I’ve received nothing but vague texts with coded repair quotes, no clear updates, and had to call multiple times just to get my advisor to pick up the phone. I still don’t know what’s wrong with my car, and I’m still waiting to hear if anything is even going to be addressed—especially the damage they may have caused. The only positive interaction I’ve had was with one parts associate—a gentleman wearing a Vietnam Veteran hat—who was respectful, professional, and helpful. Thank you, sir. But overall? This dealership is a disgrace to the Mercedes-Benz brand. They’ve remodeled the showroom and polished the sales team, but the service department is careless, disorganized, and completely disconnected from the customer experience. I will never return to this dealership. I would rather pay out of pocket to tow my car to Manhattan than spend another cent at Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill. Mercedes-Benz, if you’re listening: this is not luxury. This is a liability. More

This is the most incompetent service department I have ever witnessed. Communication from the service department was horrible. Till this current day your team have not figured out the issue. I really need a solution because this investment has become a nightmare.
