Had an appointment at Lynchburg Mercedes September 30. Car would not start and Mercedes insisted on towing to Charlottesville since 10 miles closer. Asked them to look into it earlier and when they had not even looked at it by October 19, Mercedes paid at their expense to have towed to Lynchburg. Four year ago on another Mercedes, Charlottesville wanted $4,400 for major engine work that Lynchburg did for $1,200. Buy a car there if you wish, but run as fast as you can to Berglund in Lynchburg for service. More
