Very pleased out-of-town customer I live 3 hours from Astorg-Charleston, and was interested in a CPO Mercedes that I had found advertised online. I called the dealership on a Friday w I live 3 hours from Astorg-Charleston, and was interested in a CPO Mercedes that I had found advertised online. I called the dealership on a Friday with a few questions about the vehicle and was forwarded to Steven Reese. I gave him a list of questions about the vehicle, and he called back within 30 minutes with all the answers, including a few that required some research on repairs done to the vehicle. Being satisfied with the information he gave me, I drove to Charleston the next morning and he had the vehicle waiting for me, ready for a test drive. It was in very nice condition, well-maintained and detailed, and after a satisfying test-drive, purchased the vehicle for the advertised price with a fair (kbb) offer on my trade-in. We were in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours with a great deal on a beautiful ML 350.
