Arrived early for a scheduled service and was greeted by service advisor Jessica Pererya who promptly took care of our vehicle and kept us constantly informed. Had an issue with on-line MB services for weeks and was immediately resolved by Isaac Weaver the Internet Sales Mgr who patiently assisted us. We cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and courtesy (Linda at the front desk will help with anything and point you in the right direction)! Their waiting area is spacious and their cafeteria has a nice selection of snacks, wraps, and salads to tie you over while you wait👌 More
