Glad my old sales guy retired and I was turned over to Ryan Morgan, so far he is the best car salesman I have had. No hassle, no bull, and most importantly is very personable. Did I mention that he actual Ryan Morgan, so far he is the best car salesman I have had. No hassle, no bull, and most importantly is very personable. Did I mention that he actually knows about the cars he sells? As a car enthusisit I am used to knowing more than the sales people, not with Ryan he is on top of things and can actually answer questions. I have recommended him to several people, and wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from him again. More
Started out with a great interaction w/ Taylor who offered good service and price. Fell apart after we purchased the car. We were given an inadequate intro on how the car worked when we picked up the car. No instruction booklet for the DVD system comes with the car and still no one gave us info on how it worked. We went back to receive directions and was given attitude by the staff who treated us like idiots for not knowing how it worked. They even had a hard time finding someone who knew how it worked yet had no problem treating my husband like an idiot for not knowing how it worked. They also screwed up our paperwork. I had to drive in and waste an hour and a half of my time to straighten it out, when they should have just sucked it up and FED Ex-ed the paperwork to me. Vicki in financing who screwed up our paperwork, did NOT apologize once but gave us attitude. My husband called several times to check into the issue and she basically lied and said she only received one call from him when I saw him leave messages at least 3 times. General manager was useless re: complaints. I had to get MB customer service involved. To my knowledge this is unresolved as Vicki was so rude to me I told her I was hanging up and not listening to her. I have wasted hours with these people. In this recession, spend your money elsewhere. Places with poor service such as this need to be closed. This place does not believe the customer is right and once they have your money, really could not care about your satisfaction. In general, I would avoid this place but even more so if you are not white. There is clearly a race thing going on here. Everytime we've gone to the dealership, the staff falls all over the white people going in. My husband and I are both professionals of a non-Caucasian race and despite clearly being able to afford a Mercedes are treated otherwise by this organization. I love the car but given the customer service would NEVER buy a Mercedes again. When I bought my previous car (an Infiniti) I left something at the dealership. I called to say I would pick it up. They offered to FED-Ex it to me. This dealership screwed up and still made me go out of my way to take care of the problem. Useless human beings at this facility. More
Joe was a breath of fresh air compared to past experiences. A real pro with great care for his customers needs and questions. I would recomend calling Joe Ricciardi and chandler mercedes<br>benz to everyone. I can't believe I got a benz!!!<br><br>Louise<br>AZ More
