I don't remember the managers name but everyone was very friendly, professional, and it was the first time I've been in a dealership where I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of. People were very friendly, professional, and it was the first time I've been in a dealership where I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of. People were very honest. Tess even helped watch my little girls while I learned about the car. They also followed up after the sale toake sure we were still happy. Usually once we signed papers people forget about you, bit not at this dealership. I was very impressed and I would definitely use it again. I was afraid to go into a beautiful facility like Mercedes Benz of Chandler. My credit had been challenged. Until I met Terres. Everything went smoothly and I now have an older Benz. Next came se Mercedes Benz of Chandler. My credit had been challenged. Until I met Terres. Everything went smoothly and I now have an older Benz. Next came service with Nate. WOW he treated me like gold. He knows what he is talking about. Shumacher tried to "rip" me off with a $1500.00 bill and Nate reassured me he would "dig" into my problem and only fix what needed to be fixed. Two days later, im in my Benz with no more problems. More importantly,a service bill of only $200.49. Other dealerships should be as lucky as Chandler to have two exceptional employees. I have already sent three of my friends to Nate Rogers. Each one has come back happy! More
