I have bought Mercedes all over the valley over the last 15 years. We take our car to be serviced at the Chandler Mercedes because of the outstanding service we get from Nate Rogers. It has a 120000 miles on the car. The real test of a dealership is how you get serviced. Since I now pay for the work myself, I want to make sure I am handled fairly. Nate more than meets that need. He also makes sure the experience is top notch from the time we drop off the car, the loaner, and the quality of work that is done. Because of his great service and attention to detail, I plan to buy our next car at this dealership this fall. Nate has more than earned our loyality. More

I don't remember the managers name but everyone was very friendly, professional, and it was the first time I've been in a dealership where I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of. Tess even helped watch my little girls while I learned about the car. They also followed up after the sale toake sure we were still happy. Usually once we signed papers people forget about you, bit not at this dealership. I was very impressed and I would definitely use it again.
