We had a circumstance where a towing service was sent to replace a flat tire... In the process they used the wrong lug nuts to mount the spare tire and as a result stripped the drum. We were forced to tow the vehicle to MB of Chandler to have the drum and any other resulting damage repaired. We showed up unannounced and Bill jumped into action. This included, getting all the details, putting us in a rental car, and interfacing directly with the tow company to cover the cost of the repairs... Great work! Thanks again for minimizing the impact that this negligence (on the part of the tow company) had on our lives! More

I have purchased many cars in my life, but have n February of 2010, I purchased a smart car fortwo at Mercedes-Benz of Chandler, Chandler Arizona. I have purchased many cars in my life, but have never been treated like I have by Mercedes of Chandler. The day I purchased the car, it was evident that I was not in just another dealership. Each and every time I have called the dealership, I have been treated as though I was the only person that mattered. Not only have I purchased what I believe is the best motor vehicle on the planet, but I have the best team on the planet. When I had questions, they were answered by the most friendly and professional team of staff I have ever had the privlege to have come to know. Today ,Saturday, my car tire struck a large rock in the road and flattened the tire. Not only did they set up the towing with percision, they met me at the door, set my vehicle up for immediate tire repair, arrange for my Lowjack to be installed, my yearly maintainence arranged, and gave me a fantansic car to drive so I did not need to worry about missing a day of work. I am amazed. Had I known that there were such a caring, professional, and friendly car dealership in existence, I would have been driving a Mercedes since I began to drive. This has been the best experience I have ever had. Jeff and Roxanne have always there for me when I had questions or, in this case, a difficult situation (in the rain none the less). They have always been there for me to find a solution to anything, regardless of their busy day. I can for sure say that Mercedes-Benz of Chandler will from now on be the ONLY dealership I will ever deal with.
