We can't say enough about this dealership and the three people that worked with us. We had just come in to look not really thinking of purchasing on this Saturday afternoon and then we met Terres Martori people that worked with us. I had the best experience ever at any Mercedes Benz I have been to between Europe and the US. I have been servicing my car with Kyle Wickwire for a while now and liked him and always felt taken care of. have been to between Europe and the US. Unfortunately my car started to act up unexpectedly and needed some major repairs and Kyle totally stepped up to it and then some. He even got worried when I did not call back because I was on my way to the dealership ( fortunately only minutes away)and called to make sure I was not stranded somewhere in town. They immediately gave me another car and were very upfront about costs, what had to been done and what could possibly wait. I never felt more taken care of and cared about at a dealership or any garage ever. And he updated me every few hours and explained everything in detail which I loved! If you think of buying a car there, go see him. People that are in sales, are compassionate about the client's needs and know what they are talking about are one in a million! We had a circumstance where a towing service was sent to replace a flat tire... In the process they used the wrong lug nuts to mount the spare tire and as a result stripped the drum. We were forced to tow the vehicle to MB of Chandler to have the drum and any other resulting damage repaired. We showed up unannounced and Bill jumped into action. This included, getting all the details, putting us in a rental car, and interfacing directly with the tow company to cover the cost of the repairs... Great work! Thanks again for minimizing the impact that this negligence (on the part of the tow company) had on our lives! More

This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle!! The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful! Terres made sure my vehicle was programmed and ready for me the minute my paperwork was signed as I had a meeting to get to across town. The process was quick and simple.
