Jeff was phenomenal! From my first interaction with him to the final signing on my new lease, he was friendly, flexible, attentive, and great to work with. Even though he didn't have anything in stock tha to the final signing on my new lease, he was friendly, flexible, attentive, and great to work with. Even though he didn't have anything in stock that met my needs, he didn't give up trying to find a car with my must-have features. Secound time using Kyle in service and I completely trust him !!! Also secound time coming in to purchase a vehicle, How ever the first time I left with out purchasing the New vehicle,only to go to Phoenix M him !!! Also secound time coming in to purchase a vehicle, How ever the first time I left with out purchasing the New vehicle,only to go to Phoenix Motors and have them transfer that same vehicle from your show floor to them and purchase it from them in 2004... Now after meeting Jeff Holder ( I was just looking around while my vehicle was in service ) Jeff came out side in the 110 heat and spent a good hour just walking and talking, looking at a few cars on the lot. Two hours later I drove off in another vehicle. From this point on I will purchase every Mercedes I buy from Jeff and refer him to my clients as well. Lastly even the most boring part of every purchase "Finace" went very fast and she got me a very good rate !!.... P.S. My wife and I went to Mercedes-Benz of Chandler to see the new 2012 SLK350. We decided to go to this dealership because we happened to be in there before and really liked what we saw. It is everything I would expect from a top notch dealership selling top notch cars. We were greeted by a gentleman inside who got us help right away. He introduced us to our salesman, Jeff Holder. Jeff asked me some questions about what I was looking for and understood my expectations immediately. He did not hesitate to get me in the SLK350 for a test drive. Jeff is a top notch guy and the kind of saleman I enjoy dealing with. He listens to my needs and was never pushy. He explained the different options available to me in a way I could easily understand. I can tell Jeff is passionate about his job and the product he sells. That is what made this such a positive experience. I have purchased quite a few cars in my day and this was by far one of the best experiences thus far. As a matter of fact I am certain they will have my business again in the future. She spent several hours with us, going over every inch of the car and answering each and every question. Followed up a few days later with a phone call to let us know she was sending our daughter a Mercedes bear. The followed up again to make sure we did not have any additional questions and to see if we needed anything else. Vicki in finance was great as well. Had everything lined up and ready to go.
