I recently purchased a used 2004 Mercedes-Benz C230 from Mercedes-Benz of Chandler. I jumped right in going to multiple dealerships, test driving all makes and models and working with a wide variety of salesmen. There is a reason I went to and will go back to Mercedes-Benz of Chandler. Jeff Holder was amazing! He understood my hesitations and walked me through the entire process, even staying past standard hours. He went above and beyond any of the other salesmen at the other dealerships that I visited. I may have bought a used car, but I was treated like I had just purchased the top of the line model. I am positive my car with last me quite some time, but when it is time to buy a new car I will go back to Jeff without question. Additionally, as I had never financed a car I had many question about the entire process. Vicki Kovalcik was great explaining everything and answering all of my endless questions. Both Jeff and Vicki are exemplary employees and I give them the highest praise. More

After locating a vehicle I was interested in at MB of Chandler, I searched the internet for reviews. After finding DealerRater, the ratings of MB sounded almost too good to be true given previous experie Chandler, I searched the internet for reviews. After finding DealerRater, the ratings of MB sounded almost too good to be true given previous experiences with other car dealers. The initial transaction was conductd via phone to be consumated after a visit and inspection of the vehicle. After visiting MB, I found the ratings to be largely deserved. Starting with Jeff Holder, I found the staff to be friendly, professional and respectful. The General Manager even came to the floor to introduce himself and thank me for the business. There was no pressure or games played. Great follow through. As example, the manuals for the car were not in it when picked up. Several days later, as promised, Jeffrey located them with the original salesman who took the vehicle in on trade and he fedex'd them to me. I couldn't be more satisfied with the car and the experience. Anyone who might be dissatisfied is probably impossible to satisfy or unreasonably demanding. I might add that I chose not to visit another dealer, even though they had a desireable car, based on too many negative ratings on this site. More

I recently purchased a SLK55AMG from Jeff Holder sight unseen. I have to admit I was a lttle nervous about purchasing a car that I didn't get a chance to see and test drive.
