Was parts missing on a sprinter chassis. Rear sway arm bolt. Two other dealers would not even check it out for me. Sprinter service rep said he would have it checked out and within 30 minutes it was fixe bolt. Two other dealers would not even check it out for me. Sprinter service rep said he would have it checked out and within 30 minutes it was fixed and I was out of there. It was warranty work on a new vehicle that was purchased in another state. More
