You are always greeted when you pull your car in and by the administrative staff when you walk in the door. I love working with my Advisor Kyle Wickwire, and my mechanic Tim Klen. They have been taking care of my R-Class 320-CDI, since I bought it in 2008 and it is still running great with over 200K miles. Keep up the great work! More

The crew is always ready when I arrive and makes sure they understand exactly what services I need. If the service timeline is extensive, they will shuttle me to a nearby destination or provide a loaner vehicle for my use. I have been pleased with all of the service work and have had my car returned washed, vacuumed and looking overall better than when I dropped it off. More
