I've been a Mercedes customer for YEARS after covid 19 pandemic my finances struggled a bit causing my credit to be decreased . Coming into the dealership I assumed that would be no problem after 8 years pandemic my finances struggled a bit causing my credit to be decreased . Coming into the dealership I assumed that would be no problem after 8 years of loyalty with Mercedes . Unfortunately , I was told by sales associate Todd or Ted .. that I should go to Chevrolet or Kia . I advise anyone who takes CUSTOMER service seriously and where they invest their money to NOT go to MERCEDES of chandler. Customer Loyalty is NOT respected in this company apparently . And they are only money hungry and not interested In assisting with financial hardships. Mercedes of chandler you Have NOT heard the last from me . I will take this issue as far as I have to to destroy your unprofessionalism so another single mother who has spent over $75,000 with your company will NOT deal with the same issue . If this is how you treat people your company should NOT be up and running we as a people work very hard and Mercedes is assuming a very arrogant approach in matters of satisfying the customer . Every dime counts . EVERY customer should be valued . Unfortunately, not the experience I received at this particular dealership . Sad. Racist . Only for white privileged individuals they do not cater to anyone else. More
