This is the second transaction I have had with Mercedes-Benz of Chandler. Their salesmen are competent. The guy I dealt with on my first transaction with them (2016 BMW 740i used not certified) wa Mercedes-Benz of Chandler. Their salesmen are competent. The guy I dealt with on my first transaction with them (2016 BMW 740i used not certified) was excellent and actually pointed out a defective feature that I hadn't checked on (the pano roof). That transaction went smoothly as I didn't negotiate on price as it was fair. Myself and my S/O were already pre-qualified through Bank of America at 2.99% APR for 72 months so this should be pretty simple, right? Yea no. They came back and tried to tell us that because of us putting zero down the rate increased to 5.99%. Their tune quickly changed when we started to call BofA ourselves to confirm this information and whaddya know they came back with a 2.5% rate for 48 months I want to say it was. My girlfriend wanted to leave on principle, however due to the price I let it go and they took a little money off the car and we closed the transaction. F&I with the new guy was great, everything was on the up and up. End of transaction one. This year they happened to have a CPO S-550 that was loaded including the burmeister upgrade and HUD. Again, also a good price. Same schtick as before salesmen is good at his job, but the issue here was trade-in. As they knew the price of the vehicle I paid for it, they decided to lowball the trade by about 30% on the conservative side. As a result, I ended up just paying cash for the car and keeping the BMW to sell on my own. I inquired into about half a dozen vendors and dealers for valuation and unsurprisingly MBofChandler was the worst by at least 30% in all inquiries and I got the value I was originally looking for ($28k as they're selling online consistently for 32-34k across the country of comparable value). So to summarize they tend to have good priced inventory. Their sales managers are far and above the worst part of this dealership. More

Visiting from Southern California and noticed an oil leak on my parent’s driveway from our C Class. Got to Chandler MB Dealer at 12:10pm on the Monday of Christmas week. Was greeted by Ron with an open ear a on my parent’s driveway from our C Class. Got to Chandler MB Dealer at 12:10pm on the Monday of Christmas week. Was greeted by Ron with an open ear and was referred to Bill who took my check in, etc. Was called at 8:05am the next day, Tuesday that the car was finished and ready for pick up. Blew us away that they even got it in on the day we brought it in without an appointment let alone finished. (even with California plates) :-) Thank You Bill, Ron and MB of Chandler! More
