The professionalism and quality of service at the Chandler Mercedes-Benz service department is unmatched. Every staff member I encountered from drop off to pick up were exceptional. Each person was professional kind and displayed genuine concern and attention to detail. From the drop off greeter, to the service deals gals and loaner check out to my service advisor and the technicians in back. My issues issues were small (chips in the trim of the cup holder and an adjustment to the sunroof) but each repair was addressed by my service manager and the workmanship from the back of the house technicians was impeccable. Communication was provided by my service manager, Dylan, every step of the way. If I could give 10 stars I would. The team at the Chandler Mercedes Benz is phenomenal, don’t waste your time at any other dealership in the Valley. More
