I don't take an auto to a dealership unless work needs to be done that I cannot do myself. I am also hesitant due to concerns about high cost and a job not being properly done. I took my 2013 E350 Bluetec to Chandler Mercedes, even though it was not the closest dealer, due to its great reputation. The experience was five star overall - the Service Advisor, Dylan, kept me informed as to the status of the work, and it appears to have been done properly. So I would recommend this dealership for service work. More
