I appreciate being updated while my car is there for service. Dan called me throughout the day and finally received final word that my car was done. They offered to stay open until I got there. A tragic situation with my vehicle crushed my spirits when it wouldn’t start. I had already invested hours into trying to find out what was wrong. I hit a point of true surrender and sent the car to the when it wouldn’t start. I had already invested hours into trying to find out what was wrong. I hit a point of true surrender and sent the car to the dealership for diagnostics in hopes to save my holiday spirit. After I had the vehicle shipped to the dealership they managed to squeeze the service in between the existing service schedule and get the repairs done expeditiously once the unique part arrived. I got my GL550 back before the holidays and it couldn’t have been a better experience!!!! Thanks guys! My holiday cheer has been restored! More

I am very disgusted with the explanation of the annoying sound of the Camera shutter opening and closing. My daughter researched the issue, only to find MB has detailed information on reducing the sound.Als sound of the Camera shutter opening and closing. While we understand it is a flawed design unanticipated by MB, we would have expected a better explanation as well as understanding the problem.
