Truely exceptional service I've had my 2012 GL450 serviced at MB of Cary for the last 2.5 years after I bought the vehicle from this dealer. My experience with service has been truely exceptional. Recently, my foot board was broken. Kim diligently investigated the piece that was broken, identified the parts needed, carefully examined the warranty coverage and helped me to replace the foot board. The craftsmanship was as good as the day I got the car. When my front right light bulb was broken all of sudden, Kim again took me in for an ad hoc service appointment; within 1 hour, I am back on the road again. Kim's professionalism and attention to detail is very impressive. Thank you Kim! More

SMART buying experience I WAS AT THE MERCEDES OF CARY FOR A SERVICE RECALL. WHILE WAITING, I BEGAN NOTICING THE SMART CARS MADE BY MERCEDES BENZ. THEN I FELT COMPELLED TO GET I WAS AT THE MERCEDES OF CARY FOR A SERVICE RECALL. WHILE WAITING, I BEGAN NOTICING THE SMART CARS MADE BY MERCEDES BENZ. THEN I FELT COMPELLED TO GET A CLOSER LOOK AT THEM. I WAS MET BY MR. CHRIS NEWMAN (SALES & LEASING). HE WAS SIMPLY AWESOME AND A WEALTH OF INFORMATION. HE BEGAN TO GIVE ME A HISTORY OF THE SMART CARS, THE INCREDIBLE GAS MILEAGE, HOW HE ENJOYED HIS SMART CAR FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. HE ALLOWED ME TO TEST DRIVE ONE OF THE VEHICLES AND IT WAS A NO-BRAINER FROM THERE. I KNEW THAT I WOULD JOIN THE "SMART" CLUB. LEASING THE VEHICLE WAS HASSLE FREE! BUYING/LEASING A VEHICLE WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH THE DEALERSHIP. I MET ALL OF "SMART" REPRESENTATIVES, AND THE MANAGER; THEY ALL SHARED THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH DRIVING A SMART CAR. MR. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Cary is the best car buying experience I have ever had. David Burr was my sales rep. David was patience in helping find the car that I needed and wanted with NO pressure in anyway. He knew everything about my C300 and demonstrated some really unique features both on the lot and during the test drive. He was knowledgeable, efficient, extremely courteous a consummate professional. The dealership itself is comfortable, clean and full of considerate and friendly people. I am very happy with my experience at this dealer and am very impressed with the people who work there. They stand by their word and deliver on quality and service. My experience started Thanksgiving Eve when my C350 had trouble and could not be taken on a trip home. Mr. Bell and staff insisted I take a loaner and drive it to my family for the holiday. I could not be more thankful and appreciative for how processional David Burr and Mr. Bell are and how they make you feel welcome and part of a family with their kindness and understanding. Words you rarely hear about a dealership or sales rep TOTAL TRUST. I am very impressed and will definitely buy there again. More
MBENZ SERVICE ADVISOR RECOMMENDATION (K.Fredlund/MBenz-Cary) This is a serious Recommendation for Service Advisor (Kim Fredlund/MBenz-Cary) based on my multiple SL 550 Models and 7 years of both routine and non- This is a serious Recommendation for Service Advisor (Kim Fredlund/MBenz-Cary) based on my multiple SL 550 Models and 7 years of both routine and non-routine Repair Experiences with her that in all Serv-ice Appointments (sometimes simple and other very complicated Warranty Issues) showed her superior Professionalism (this means she always handled it "right all the way to the end") for this Customer. She always took the additional time Upfront (for real pre-Repair explanations/costs) and also again at the Back End (with same thorough Repair Itemizations and Re-explanations for changes) that smoothly/ confidently satisfied all my usual high dollar M-Benz Cost Apprehensions. This was always her MO even in the hectic flow of multiple Customers/Technicians/Phones at her "Action Central Desk". This Service Advisor took the unrushed time/conscientious effort in the middle of all that Desk Action Confusion at many AM Check-Ins to show me real (not rehearsed/not same old Advisor Lines) attention to really put me and my car problem first when it was my turn. She never shuffled me through the Service Checkout Process with all the "push pressure" she is under, and always does the walk-over to Cashier still answer-ing my questions and making sure I know my next Service Updates Info, never "dumping me off" there and just leaving. Simply put in straight Street Talk that says sit all.....she really "Gives a xxxx" (GAD) about me and my 2 SL 550 cars for my last 7 years at M-Benz of Cary Service Dept. More

Given our history with MB of Cary and the three vehicles that have cycled through their service department, I can assure you the answer is a consistent "yes" to each question. Over the past couple years we have worked with Kim Fredlund as our service representative. Kim makes certain that our service standards are met with each and every visit. She has earned our trust and has built a great relationship in doing so. It is wonderful to have Kim there and know that she works with a great service team to care for our vehicles. We would recommend Kim and MB of Cary to anyone, and have done so on many occasions. More

She accommodates my often busy schedule and gets me a replacement vehicle without any hassle. I have also used the car pick-up service which she told me about. The cost of repairs is out of Kim's control but she ensures warranty work is covered and she always gives a very accurate estimate of any work that is to be performed. Generally the estimate comes in higher than the cost of the actual work but not by much so she's generally spot on for her estimates. I have access to the great mechanics there as well if I have additional questions that Kim can't answer. More
