This is an unfortunate review and not reflective of the circumstances. The customer had purchased pre-paid maintenance at a discounted price so he had nothing to pay for his service. He wanted to have a tire rotate and balance in addition to his pre-paid service and had a valid $25.00 coupon to apply. He then requested to use a second coupon, that would normally be used on his maintenance, and apply it to his additional work not to the maintenance work. When this was declined he berated the Service Advisor with the foulest language and threw a pen at another employee assisting him with a free loaner vehicle. We trust that the vast majority our reviews are representative of the service we strive to provide.
