I wanted to share my positive experience with Andy Aungvibool. Andy has been my Service Advisor for maintenance and break/fix issues at this location for over a year and I cannot be more thankful to him for everything. Starting my his politeness to his professionalism, ability to understand the issue, recommending the right solution, always going an extra mile in customer satisfaction is just to name a few. It's a common perception that people write reviews for kick-backs, but I am not. And if you have had the experience to work with Andy, you will know it's true! Whenever I have questions, concerns about my vehicle, no matter how busy his day has been, he always finds time to call me back. He always keeps his commitments towards completion of maintenance service, he has a great team of technicians, specially Chris Fulwider. Andy and Chris actually spends a fair amount of time to go over the details at pre and post service of my vehicle. Having people like them, Mercedes can truly live up to their tag line - The best or Nothing! More

They made it happen...Plus a fast, courteous crew and clean comfortable waiting area- even on a Saturday!. Kim always has any issue or problem resolved right the first time! Their diagnosis was on spot. Drives like a dream...fair cost to fix...Although, not needed this time, they would even provide a nice loaner if I needed it! Top notch place. The only place I'd go to get my GLE serviced! More

I'm really grateful - to feel safe while driving my car - and to also know that I truly have an excellent resource in Kim Fredlund. More
They mean it. It's the best or nothing. Purchased 5 Mercedes-Benz all serviced Kim Freudlen and sold by Gary Smith. Have never had a problem with Kim. If you want the best go to the best. In my mind that's Kim. I called to schedule a service appointment one time and I was electronically assigned to another service person. I immediately called and ask to be reassigned to Kim it was done immediately. Kim has been my service person for more than 10 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with to lead the service on my car but Kim. Kim virtually saved my life during a service visit. She knows I travel a lot and she told me my car was not safe to put on the road. Not sure anybody else would have done that to the degree that she did. She was genuinely worried about my safety. About three weeks later I bought a new car. Kim was the service person for the CPO. Like I said there's no one I would trust to lead the service on my current and previous S-Class vehicles, but Kim. Worst customer service. Rip off on service First of all, do not buy prepaid maintenance service, as it is not considered as "spend", if you want to use any MB provided coupons. Terrible internal communication and very slow response. Servuce and finance managers are never available unless you want to buy something. Service staff are not trained and if they are, they are traiNed to rip off clients with a very short term thinking. It seems like, Leith is either planning to close down Cary location or just does not care how it functions. I am an owner of two MB bought within last two years, however after having this experience, I am better off with Lexus or Tesla. More
