This is my SECOND purchase of a smart car this year and each time tops the last. Chris stayed late on a holiday weekend to make sure I got everything I needed. gone William Ball in financing was so thorough that it took all the burden off trying to figure out the paperwork. There is one level above "On Demand" and that is where your service needs are anticipated and met--that is Mark Lowry’s level of service! The dealership got excellent financing for me, when the vehicle wouldn’t start soon after the sale, Mark took care of overseeing the repair and ensuring that I had transportation during that time, and when I casually asked at purchase if the prior owner had turned in the cover for the cargo area—well, eleven days later, I get a message from Mark that he has the cover for me as well as another item that I may need for the car at some point. To top things off, when I went to pick up the cargo cover, Mark asked me to wait just a moment…he had one more thing for the car, it was a cap for the tow hitch. This dealership and Mark are an awesome team! More

She accommodates my often busy schedule and gets me a replacement vehicle without any hassle. I have also used the car pick-up service which she told me about. The cost of repairs is out of Kim's control but she ensures warranty work is covered and she always gives a very accurate estimate of any work that is to be performed. Generally the estimate comes in higher than the cost of the actual work but not by much so she's generally spot on for her estimates. I have access to the great mechanics there as well if I have additional questions that Kim can't answer. More
