Last evening, I took delivery of my third consecutive Mercedes-Benz E350 from Leith Mercedes-Benz of Cary and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. I had the pleasure of working with Richard Meagher for the second time, and highly recommend him to anyone interested in a Mercedes-Benz. Ever since I've had my first one, I have brought my Mercedes-Benz to this dealership for service and for their complimentary car wash. Whenever I'm at the dealership, I can count on Richard coming over to greet me. He knows me, my car, my family and the particulars of my lease. Several months ago when I was in for service, Richard and I chatted about some possible options for me as we neared the end of the lease term and, last week, just like he said he would, Richard called me to make me aware of some end-of-year incentives provided by Mercedes-Benz Financial Services that applied to my situation. We discussed my wants and needs and he quickly located a car that met my exact specifications. As a result, I was able to exit my current lease seven months early! When we went to pick up the car last evening, the entire process took less than an hour and we were able to drive our new car right off of the showroom floor. Richard is knowledgeable, personable and highly professional. He exceeded my expectations and I'm completely satisfied! More

This is my SECOND purchase of a smart car this year and each time tops the last. Chris stayed late on a holiday weekend to make sure I got everything I needed. gone William Ball in financing was so thorough that it took all the burden off trying to figure out the paperwork. I'm told that the new "buzz" word for superior customer service is "On Demand" meaning the customer gets an immediate response. There is one level above "On Demand" and that is where your service needs are anticipated and met--that is Mark Lowry’s level of service! The dealership got excellent financing for me, when the vehicle wouldn’t start soon after the sale, Mark took care of overseeing the repair and ensuring that I had transportation during that time, and when I casually asked at purchase if the prior owner had turned in the cover for the cargo area—well, eleven days later, I get a message from Mark that he has the cover for me as well as another item that I may need for the car at some point. To top things off, when I went to pick up the cargo cover, Mark asked me to wait just a moment…he had one more thing for the car, it was a cap for the tow hitch. This dealership and Mark are an awesome team! More
