I had the pleasure of working with Richard Meagher for the second time, and highly recommend him to anyone interested in a Mercedes-Benz. Ever since I've had my first one, I have brought my Mercedes-Benz to this dealership for service and for their complimentary car wash. Whenever I'm at the dealership, I can count on Richard coming over to greet me. He knows me, my car, my family and the particulars of my lease. Several months ago when I was in for service, Richard and I chatted about some possible options for me as we neared the end of the lease term and, last week, just like he said he would, Richard called me to make me aware of some end-of-year incentives provided by Mercedes-Benz Financial Services that applied to my situation. We discussed my wants and needs and he quickly located a car that met my exact specifications. As a result, I was able to exit my current lease seven months early!
