He was referred by a friend who purchased all her cars from him. There was a problem getting me approved and Mr. Richard made it happen for me! I can't imagine how hard he worked to make it happen! But he never gave up!!!! And two days later I got my approval and went and purchased my car the very next day!! Mr. Richard felt like a friend! He was kind, spoke honestly, and even gave me financial advise for my future. I mean it's mind blowing how amazing this man is! I am so thankful and grateful to have met him. Friendly, Professional and Service Oriented Just a few words to commend Mercedes-Benz of Cary, Diana Polovko (our Sales Product Expert) and William Ball (Business Manager) when we bought our new Just a few words to commend Mercedes-Benz of Cary, Diana Polovko (our Sales Product Expert) and William Ball (Business Manager) when we bought our new 2014 E-350 Mercedes Benz on June 23, 2014. When buying a car, we expect quality, safety and high resale. My husband researched the luxury cars we were interested in and after seeing all the high marks Mercedes received for safety, technology and frankly just "beauty", I wanted to test drive the Mercedes E-350. Diana was very knowledgeable, answering our questions and preparing several cars for my husband and me to test drive. She met w/us several times and graciously offered assistance with no pressure to purchase. After driving the E-350 Coupe, the car sold itself. I found the perfect car after Diana pointed out several from their large inventory. We were given an excellent trade in for our Lexus. William Ball was friendly and had all our paperwork ready to sign for our new car. Both Diana and William were professional, genuine and friendly as they answered questions and fulfilled our sale seamlessly.
