When buying a car, we expect quality, safety and high resale. My husband researched the luxury cars we were interested in and after seeing all the high marks Mercedes received for safety, technology and frankly just "beauty", I wanted to test drive the Mercedes E-350. Diana was very knowledgeable, answering our questions and preparing several cars for my husband and me to test drive. She met w/us several times and graciously offered assistance with no pressure to purchase. After driving the E-350 Coupe, the car sold itself. I found the perfect car after Diana pointed out several from their large inventory. We were given an excellent trade in for our Lexus.
