From the initial inquiry until the last signature signed, everything went so smoothly. Chris Newman was our salesman and Jonathan Glass did the paperwork. Then today Bob McGuire called to be sure everything was going smoothly and invited me to come over any time if I had any questions. These guys go beyond what is expected to make the buying experience a pleasure. By the way I do love my GLA 250!! More
Straight forward, no hassle I walked into the dealership having done my homework, knowing what I wanted and approximately how much I wanted to pay for a 2012 E 350. To my surprise exactly what I wanted was sitting on the showroom floor with a big year end ribbon on it! Bob McGuire met me at the door, introduced himself and walked me through several options with no pressure. i told him I would think about it overnight and would probably call or email with an offer overnight. I emailed him with an offer that was pretty much accepted by return email and I picked the car up the next day. The delivery too was a pleasant experience. A great salesman at a great dealer! More

From my initial internet inquiry through driving my GLA 250 away (with a basket of chocolates, one in the shape of the Mercedes-Benz star), it was unparalleled experience. All staff were highly professional and engaging, making me feel like I more than bought a vehicle...rather like I was welcomed into a family of Benz owners. Even though my first Benz was a lower end of the model spectrum, the Cary team treated me like I was buying a top-of-the-line SLK. John Kuzman covered every detail, gave me a great deal and was the opposite of how consumers have come to perceive auto salespeople. Thanks again MB Cary for far and away the best car buying experience I've ever had, bar none. More

Both my salesman Chris Newman and the finance manager William Ball worked tirelessly to get me into this car. I’d been working with another dealership when I decided to contact Mercedes Benz Cary, and Chris Newman answered the phone. He was so adamant in persuading me to allow them an opportunity to put me in a car that I finally gave in and boy did they deliver! I’d faced some challenges in the previous years due to the economic downturn and I had some skepticism about purchasing my next vehicle. Finance Manager William Ball went to work on my behalf and put together a car deal that I couldn’t turn down. This was my second Mercedes Benz and the deal was much better than the first time prior the challenges that I’d endured. It was like I wasn’t even affected, like it never happened. I’m so grateful to Mercedes Benz Cary for giving me a second chance at rebuilding and getting back on the road in Class. More

All the paperwork was ready for me when I got there and David Burr with sales was fun to work with & very knowledgeable during the whole process. William Ball is a financing magician and was able to get me the car I wanted at the price and interest rate I wanted. I have never been treated so well by any other dealership. Horrible Customer Service After reading a few of the reviews of Mercedes-Benz of Cary, my husband and I booked an appointment with Dianne Polovko for 7:30 last night. We had to After reading a few of the reviews of Mercedes-Benz of Cary, my husband and I booked an appointment with Dianne Polovko for 7:30 last night. We had to book the appointment so late because we were driving from China Grove, NC and I had to work until 5 pm. That being said, we left our house around 5:35 and our ETA said we would arrive at the dealership around 7:45. We immediately called Dianne to let her know and she seemed annoyed that we would be late but said we could still come, but that we may not have time to test drive the vehicle we were coming to buy. Since their dealership closes at 8, we would not have had a lot of time to talk and we understood that before we even made the appointment. Two hours later, we arrive and are greeted coldly by Dianne. She walked towards us with a look on her face that read "I can't believe these people are going to make me stay past closing time". She greeted us and proceeded to tell us that the car we just drove two hours to purchase, was being test driven by another couple. First let me say, I understand that we didn't put a down payment on the car, so they had the right to show it to someone else but they NEVER offered us a chance to put a down payment on the car just in case someone decided to purchase it before we got there. She didn't call us to let us know that another couple was looking at it (the couple got there around 7:15) to give us a chance to put a down payment on it. It was appalling that a Mercedes Benz dealership, known for their elegant cars and wealthy customers, would treat us that way. She immediately went to get her manager when we voiced our frustration and he walked over to us, and breezily said "So what's up?". I was taken aback. That is not how you approach a customer who has just driven 2 hours to see a car that was about to be purchased by someone else. I guarantee you that he would not have approached us like that if we were not 25 years old, wearing jeans and trying to purchase 1 of the only 12 used cards on their lot. We were obviously not important enough to be treated with respect. Needless to say, he was polite enough to apologize. When we left, it was past 8 pm and they seemed unaffected by the horrible customer service they just gave us. They did not offer to fill our gas tank, they did not offer to show us another car, they did not offer to look in their inventory for the car we came to buy and did not offer us another appointment. I would NOT recommend this dealership or this sales representative. They are snooty, rude and they lack basic customer service skills. Dianne was cold and has no business selling cars at Mercedes Benz or anywhere else. On a more positive note, we drove next door to the Hendrick Toyota dealership and ended up buying a 2012 4runner from James Spivey. He treated us with respect and brokered us a great deal. We bought our first Mercedes from Ryan a few years ago and knew we wanted to work with him again. We recently decided to trade in our C300 for a larger vehicle, but wanted to stay in a certain price range. Ryan was very patient and helpful in discussing our options and he ensured that we found the right vehicle for our family's needs. He was respectful in staying in our price range and did not pressure us into buying. In addition, Ryan always makes it a point to stop by and say hello and check on things when I am in for a service request. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Cary and if you stop by, ask for Ryan Gury, he is GREAT!! More
Just bought a CLA250 and it's a LEMON I just leased a fully loaded CLA250 from David Burr and paid sticker price, which was ok, IF the car was NOT a LEMON. I own a 2008 CLK63 AMG Black se I just leased a fully loaded CLA250 from David Burr and paid sticker price, which was ok, IF the car was NOT a LEMON. I own a 2008 CLK63 AMG Black series and an SLK230 and both drive like a dream, so I expected the same from a new Mercedes! However the transmission is not functioning properly and I do not feel safe in this car. Basically it is very erratic and unpredictable, sometimes almost stalling and "bucking/jerking" back and forth when at a stop on any type of incline or issues such as remaining at 5000 RPM (yes, 5000 RPM) for extended times at 35 MPH! So each morning I start off my day, worrying how to drive this car so that it will behave safely and actually get me to work without having an accident. Then I end each day with the same issues. This is unacceptable and I have never experienced this with any other car I have driven, which is over 34 years of driving. I actually have to drive the car in Cruise Control as much as possible because that is the only way to alleviate the erratic and unpredictable nature of the transmission and engine. The absurdity of this is that the service department In Cary refuses to run a computer diagnostic test on it. I wasted 3 hours on Friday with a scheduled service appointment on this LEMON and they stated that their technician must drive the car and replicate the problems. I had just driven the car for 4 hours because I work out of town during the week, so the engine was warm. The technician, Justin, drove the car like a "little old lady" very slowly and carefully in E mode (with ECO off) and stated everything was fine. And sent me home as though I was imagining everything! Well, my friends have driven this car and experienced the EXACT same issues as I have... Since the dealer is not willing to help me, I intend to video the issues this week and have documented everything to send to the BBB, the NC Attorney General, MBUSA, and I will be contacting a LEMON lawyer. I do not feel safe driving this erratic vehicle and I have told this to both the service and sale people at Cary Mercedes, but they do not feel that they need to do anything to help me. More

I can honestly say I've never had a better I took delivery of a new Smart Fortwo Passion Coupe from Mercedes-Benz of Cary on Monday, August 25, 2014. I can honestly say I've never had a better experience at an auto dealership! The sales consultant, Diana Polovko, and the brand manager, Cherie Braun, were a delight to chat with, and the finance manager, Ben Metzler, was extremely pleasant and efficient. He had me in and out of his office in no time at all. Diana caught my attention last week when my wife and I were at the dealership having her 2011 Smart Cabrio in for routine servicing. I was walking out the door and Diana leaped to the door and opened it for me - you have to go to a 5-Star hotel for that kind of service! We chatted a bit, and on the way out she showed me some of the newest Smarts that were available. She is really a nice person to talk with, and did not pressure me at all to buy, but offered me her business card and her services should I decide to get a new car. Very professional and pleasant. Everybody at Mercedes-Benz of Cary I've encountered has been a joy to work with and they always make you feel like part of the family. Low pressure, professional, and product focus. We had driven a XC90 Volvo for 8 years. It was a wonderful automobile. We loved it! However, we felt our daughter needed it more than we did since she is constantly driving our two grand kids around. The old Honda Civic made all of us nervous. We were thus in the market to somehow replace the positive experience we had had with Weaver Brothers. We just thought it was time to change from Volvo. Jeeps and Volvos had been our main vehicles for years. For what ever reason we decided to check out the Mercedes-Benz. John Kuzman became our agent. I guess he had hear it all before but he acted as if we were the only people in the world. He had our full attention. Time-my goodness our time was his time. We ended up buying a pre-owned ML350. John explained everything about the vehicle, its history, the functions, how it operated different from the Volvo-everything. This best part is the follow-up after the sale. it was like the doctor calling you after your visit-how is everything, did you think of any additional questions, --just anything to be helpful. I also would like to put in a plug for the close out sales department. Ben Metzier explained everything! He went over options in great detail and there was no pressure to add anything. However, after we got home and studied the situation we decided to add a couple of the options. One required them having the car for a couple of hours. Ben gave us his new 2015 demo to drive. Wow, what a wonderful experience. Usually, loaners are old clunkers that one might be afraid to drive-not this time! It was great! All-in-all a wonderful car buying experience. KRSPES-Raleigh More
