I like that he stayed in touch and was available to help us by phone, email, or in person. He made us comfortable and encouraged us to keep a list of questions we may have when we took our car home and return so he could help us. I've had my new car for a week and a half and have returned with 2 questions which he competently handled. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Mercedes Benz to others. More

I visited 5 car dealerships in the Raleigh and Cary, NC area this week and 4 others on-line. Most of them did little to convince me that there wasn't a grain of truth in those untrustworthy classifications. Mercedes-Benz of Cary was the exception. To start with, working with Dan Keenan as my Sales agent, was like working with one of my best friends. He was knowledgeable, no pressure, no hype, shared his personal as well as knowledgeable professional opinion and never hyped, pressured, or played negotiation hardball. I work in a field that requires me to negotiate. Purchasing my E350, was not a negotiation. It was an honest and transparent transaction working with Dan. I even needed to unload a trade-in on its last legs. Dan and MB of Cary still gave me a fair value. When it was time to write my check, I met William Bell, I thought I knew what was coming - the pitch to buy all the extra stuff that sounds great to have, but might not be appropriate for your needs, driving style or pocketbook with a high pressured pitch. Not the case at all with William. What an interesting man with a rich and storied who's who background. I would definitely play golf with this man! William is personable and friendly and let's you make the decision on how you want to maintain and finance your car. He explains every line item of your purchase in detail so that you completely understand. Dan and William both made sure that I met Peter Hampson in the event I ever needed the attention of Cary MB. Will I ever use this dealership again? Absolutely! I love my purchase, but I look forward to when I go back for a car wash or routine maintenance. These guys are reputable and honorable. We were just admiring a 2015 GL450 on a snowy afternoon when Bob McGuire approached us. He asked if we were interested in buying a car, we said possibly. We then asked if David Burr was still working. His reply was Yes. We visited the dealership the next day and we met David. Bob, thank you for being so professional and greeting us on such a snowy day. Our experience with David in 2009 was so good we knew we would be in good hands again. David is a first-class professional. He is so knowledgeable about Mercedes cars and never hesitates when you ask him a question. He told us he would never be more than a phone call away if we ever had a question. David goes beyond what one would expect to make your buying experience a pleasure. My first time purchasing a Mercedes Benz I had spoken with Bob Mcquire many times over the telephone and via e-mail. When I first arrived at the dealership I was very nice. Every one was so friendly Bob was finishing a sale so my husband waited in the lounge. Then came Bob, I felt that I knew him we hit it off really great. The car was waiting for us and all we had to was the paper work. I had financed through the Pentagon Federal Credit union, but later decided to go through MB because the rate was the same. PenFed was so hard to deal with even after they had approved the loan. I want to give s heartfelt Thank you to Bob and Wm Ball for their work. They stayed and help us even after the dealership had closed. We could not have purchased a car without them. We drove home in our new car. More

OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE My experience started off not so good. We had an appointment with Mike Newman at 1:15 and he never showed up I believe I was told he was at lunch. However while I was waiting there was a salesman named Ken Lukes who was extremely nice and courteous and answered my questions even knowing I was waiting for Mike Newman. He was not trying to be pushy just offering great customer service. Which is very important to me. So after waiting until 1:45 with Mike Newman not answering his phone from receptionist she asked me if I wanted someone else. We'll that was a no brainer. Ken Lukes took care of me from there and it was a great experience, the most polite person you can meet. From the walk on the lot to the test drive, paperwork and delivery Ken Luke's was professional and made me feel like this is where I wanted to buy my car. It's amazing how much the salesman represents the dealership if Ken Luke's didn't approach me when he did we were leaving. Thank you again Ken you now have my business. Thank you, Chris Daino More

I was considering a BMW, Audi or the E Class and David spent the time durin This was my first Mercedes and it was a pleasure working with David Burr. I was considering a BMW, Audi or the E Class and David spent the time during our initial phone conversation to discuss the features of the E Class and how it met the needs of my family. He was equally generous with his time during the two visits to the dealership to test drive the E350 and work out the best leasing program available. He was available that Sunday on his cellphone to answer a few last minute questions about the sports package that helped finalize the transaction. By Monday morning he had all of the paperwork prepared and it allowed us to complete the paperwork quickly during my wife's lunch break. David was extremely professional and went out of his way to accommodate our busy schedules. I prefer to negotiate the purchase by email and text and then close the sale upon arrival. This has worked really well for my busy schedule. They have always provided exceptional follow up with any repairs or routine maintenance. The moment I sat behind the wheel of this vehicle I knew it was the one. I felt no pressure from Mike, he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle (which is rare) and answered every question I had. The purchasing experience of the car was also the quickest I had been searching for months for something I wanted. My purchase was a "want", not a "need" so I really wanted something I loved and could be proud of. I would rate my experience at 100%! ( and the free car washes are definitely a greatly appreciated bonus to the purchase)! More
