I was searching for a smartcar for my brother, when I located one at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. I called Bob McGuire and he walked me through the process, the loan application, and approval. I drove from Columbia, S.C. , and got lost in Cary when the GPS signals dropped. Bob came to where I was and lead me to the dealership. The deal began on Monday and I was signing the papers on Wednesday. My brother picked his car up and has been grinning every since. The service is great, they are very helpful, and willing to walk you through every step of the way. That kind of service is unheard of now days! More

I came in looking for a particular car that was advertised online, it was there and for the price promoted. The buying process was quick, simple, very efficient and extremely professional. I would say all in all it was under 2 hrs. to purchase the car and that was with a long test drive. There were no games and no pressure tactics. I would without a doubt recommend, and have already to my friends, come in and see Jamie and be exposed to how car buying should be. Oh, and he has a great Scottish accent as well. More
