Al Awadi brought me the car from the other location and helped me with everything about it, I didn't like the car and I thought of trying something else. I wanted to go somewhere else as I never thought of buying from Mercedes, I used to think they are expensive & too pricey and I won't be get something will fit what I want and need. But Al Awadi listened to me and work on finding me the car that will fit my criteria. Al Awadi was extremely helpful in guiding me and explaining details and showing me everything around my budget. He was patient and very informative, he knows everything about his business. Al Awadi was also helpful in other parts of the deal like in financing and working out the deal with the manager and his sales manager mike was very nice as well . I feel very happy i went there and seeing Al Awadi, he was kind and decent and helped me a lot, and Im planning to send all my friends and relatives to him once they need a new vehicle. I went in Mercedes-Benz of Cary not expecting any real help selecting a car. I had greater doubts about getting a bargain. Imagine my surprise when I got both. Mr. Awadi was gracious and informative. My car came with features I did not expect and a price that provided the incentive to make the purchase. I just wanted a nice car with a great engine and thought I might have to sacrifice certain components so that I could get the benefit of the Mercedes trademark. That wasn't the case. I got more bonuses than I could have dreamed of. It's not just a device that can be used to transport you one place to another, its a beautiful car that was surprisingly affordable. The interior is awesome and the automobile is built for comfort. The salesman made it easy for me to select a great deal and it wasn't just luck. I actually had multiple choices. Mr. Awadi endured my indecisiveness and circumspection. No one wants to risk spending a lot of money and then feel less than excited about the investment. I feel as happy about my new card today as I did one month ago. It's not only a vehicle that I like driving, but its nice to just sit inside and listen to the entertainment system.
