From the time we called to inquire about a certain vehicle until our travel to Cary we was always keep informed. Our salesman, Bert Bowers, was the best salesman we have ever had in buying a car. His personally shows how much he enjoys his job. He always answered our questions and explained the car and all of the features very well. He took us to the different departments within the dealership and introduced us to many of the employees. We really felt like he was a long time friend after a few minutes with him. Ive would have no problem coming back to Mercedes-Benz of Cary and Bert Bowers in the future even though it is a 3 hour trip for us. We can honestly say we are very happy that Bert Bowers was our salesman and also that Mercedes-Benz of Cary had our perfect car and we are hoping for many sunny days with the top down and our hair blowing in the wind. If you want the best go to the best. In my mind that's Kim. I called to schedule a service appointment one time and I was electronically assigned to another service person. I immediately called and ask to be reassigned to Kim it was done immediately. Kim has been my service person for more than 10 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with to lead the service on my car but Kim. Kim virtually saved my life during a service visit. She knows I travel a lot and she told me my car was not safe to put on the road. Not sure anybody else would have done that to the degree that she did. She was genuinely worried about my safety. About three weeks later I bought a new car. Kim was the service person for the CPO. Like I said there's no one I would trust to lead the service on my current and previous S-Class vehicles, but Kim. Excellent buying experience I have been a Mercedes Benz customer for the past 18 years. After moving to Chapel Hill in July from NYC I needed to replace my 2014 E350. I selected I have been a Mercedes Benz customer for the past 18 years. After moving to Chapel Hill in July from NYC I needed to replace my 2014 E350. I selected a dealership closer to my home. What a mistake …..from sales to service I felt like a purchased a chevy!!! I then went to Mercedes Benz of Cary. I was greeted with professionalism and respect. David Burr my sale rep was everything I was accustomed to. Knowledgeable and polite with the ability to listen to what I was looking for. I was trading in my 2004 SL500 and we quickly came to a fair and reasonable trade. He located my new GLC300 and kept me informed of its arrival. When I arrived to close the deal everything was prepared and pleasant. David walk me through everything on my new car and answered all questions. He even offered to walk me through my E350 purchase elsewhere because it was delivered so poorly. It was important to find a dealer and sales representative I could trust and rely on. I think I have found mine and will not go anywhere else for my Auto needs. Thanks again to David and the staff at Mercedes Benz of Cary. More

Worst customer service. Rip off on service First of all, do not buy prepaid maintenance service, as it is not considered as "spend", if you want to use any MB provided coupons. Terrible internal communication and very slow response. Servuce and finance managers are never available unless you want to buy something. Service staff are not trained and if they are, they are traiNed to rip off clients with a very short term thinking. It seems like, Leith is either planning to close down Cary location or just does not care how it functions. I am an owner of two MB bought within last two years, however after having this experience, I am better off with Lexus or Tesla. More
