ML350 2012 just few mikes outside of warranty - Covered My engine light intermittently came on and off. Brought it into the dealership thinking oil change is near. Found out oil somehow crept into the wir My engine light intermittently came on and off. Brought it into the dealership thinking oil change is near. Found out oil somehow crept into the wiring harness and created a disaster! My service technician gave me a loaner car, turned out to be a free car to drive around for over two weeks. MB Germany had to be contacted, my 5 year warranty just expired. It took a few steps but they agreed to cover this huge repair and make a special harness which is still on order after three weeks but I'm back to driving my car. I'm sure this would have been a hefty new car down payment but thanks to my service technician and the management department it was diligently handled and at no cost to me. They have my future business! More

I took my car in for an auxilary battery warning light. I took my car in for an auxilary battery warning light. The techs looked at the car and told me that I needed a new Aux battery and that it would cos I took my car in for an auxilary battery warning light. The techs looked at the car and told me that I needed a new Aux battery and that it would cost over $400. After reviewing my records, I found that I had replaced the Aux battery 6 months earlier and that I paid $285. Paul Nelsen then said that he meant the main battery was bad. Hmmm. He also explained that I needed to replace the rear brakes and rotors to the tune of $600. After reviewing my records, I found that I had replaced the rear brakes 19k miles earlier. Paul said that getting 19k miles out of rear brakes is good (a complete lie). The brakes have roughly 70% life left on them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HOEHN They put profits ahead of customer service.
