Found out oil somehow crept into the wiring harness and created a disaster! My service technician gave me a loaner car, turned out to be a free car to drive around for over two weeks. MB Germany had to be contacted, my 5 year warranty just expired. It took a few steps but they agreed to cover this huge repair and make a special harness which is still on order after three weeks but I'm back to driving my car. I'm sure this would have been a hefty new car down payment but thanks to my service technician and the management department it was diligently handled and at no cost to me. They have my future business! More

Unlike Mercedes of San Diego, where I purchased my last car, Paul never pressured me, was honest the entire time and didn't try to swindle me with an over the top price that didn't make sense. In fact, Paul M. was a gentleman and fantastic salesman to work with. The entire experience was a complete 180 from Mercedes San Diego. At that place, they train their salesmen to tell you that they are taking a loss for the "great" deal you are getting. Meanwhile, I got a way better deal at Hoehn and they never once tried to make me feel bad about it or tell me that "they were taking a loss on it". I highly recommend Hoehn Motors and I look forward to getting more cars from them in the future! More

Then the whole thing turns out to be a bait and switch as they didn't even have the car that shows in their inventory. Vas Chohan and the manager named Salgueiro I believe were not only dismissive but also aggressive in how they treat customers. My previous experiences with Fletcher Jones in OC has never been anything like this, they have tainted the Mercedes brand for me. More
