Achtung: They will damage your Benz!!! Do not buy or service your beautiful Mercedes at Mercedes Benz of Caldwell. Go to another dealer. Stay away from MB of Caldwell. They damaged my rad Do not buy or service your beautiful Mercedes at Mercedes Benz of Caldwell. Go to another dealer. Stay away from MB of Caldwell. They damaged my radio display, scratched the console, scratched both front AMG rims, twisted the front passenger side strut, bird dropping on my windshield and front hood paint. Then they blamed me because I left without inspecting the vehicle after I left the dealer. But I did drive back within a few minutes when I noticed the interior damage and the steering was off center. Now it's a battle of nearly $5,000! You must inspect your car carefully before driving away. Take your time, open your hood and trunk too. Examine your car carefully and don't move the car and call the manager immediately, don't let them intimidate you either. The sales reps play ignorance too and are unhelpful. They had my car for over 3 months, while a I drove a GLA. They are not there to help but to screw you the customer. Otherwise you are at fault and they will charge you. I bought an AMG from them. I keep my car in a garage and impeccably maintain this car only to have these incompetent and non-courteousness people treat your car like crap and to treat you disrespectfully. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE THERE!!! I am so sick of this place, they will make you hate your prized Benz. They take the joy of driving a fine automobile from you. Then John the service manager placates you by giving you a cheap loaner like this makes it all better. Then they blame you. Make sure you take pictures of mileage, dash, wood , exterior, rims, bumpers, etc. and everything prior to service. This is a dealer that is not trust worthy. A brand new showroom and they treat you like crap. More
