Other advisors are just as personable and make a point to say hello (Anthony). The service manager (Jon) always has a smile on his face and the loaner rep (Koyim) and cashier (Yenifer) are just as pleasant. The service department seems like one big family and you leave feeling like a part of it. It is so refreshing to come into a business that genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to show it! Aside from how pleasant everyone is, their work is top-notch as well. I'm cautious with my vehicle (park far from others, no machine car washes) but I have no hesitation leaving it in the hands of MB of Caldwell. I've had all of my routine services, tire replacements, safety recalls and more taken care of here and I'll continue to return for anything my vehicle requires. More
