Honesty and good attitude I purchased my 1st. MBZ at another dealership, it had an electric problem that they could not fix in 2 years, spent plenty of money after the warranty I purchased my 1st. MBZ at another dealership, it had an electric problem that they could not fix in 2 years, spent plenty of money after the warranty expired, I took it to Calabasas and they took care of it on the first visit. Now I take my new one to them, the service is excellent, they keep you informed of the status, great attitude and promptness, and all of this with a smile. I highly recommend it. More

Upselling I was told I needed 4 new tires for around $1,400 despite my having tires purchased less than 2 years ago with less than 15,000 miles. I was also told, as I have been nearly every time I have brought my car in for service, that I need brake pads, despite that service having been performed recently as well. More
