Simply the best dealership Came in without an apt but with an almost dead battery. I had less than an hour before an appointment I had to make. Unscheduled service I had the problem of my automatic folding mirrors, when locking the car, suddenly not working. This happened on a Saturday evening. I also had a reca I had the problem of my automatic folding mirrors, when locking the car, suddenly not working. This happened on a Saturday evening. I also had a recall for an update, that I needed to address. I went to MB of Calabasas at 7:15 A M on Monday, to see if I could get help. There happened to be a service writer there, who saw me in the service area, which was not really open. I explained my problem of the mirrors. He immediately went into the menu system and corrected that problem. He then told me he was expecting a mechanic in early, who would take care of the recall. I was out of the dealership by a little past 8:15 with an offer of washing the car. I declined, as it was raining, Once again, I am so happy with the service I receive at M B of Calabasas. More
