Our experience when we drove into the service department just a few days ago was fantastic! They were ready for me and I wasn't there more then just a few minutes. They even had the loaner car (at no charge) ready for me so I could leave right away. Paper work was all ready and we did not have to wait for anything. A customer such as myself can really see these people who all work there are a team and they all work hard to provide speedy, and professional customer service. I originally purchase my Mecedes Benz from another dealer, but was disappointed in the level of service I received from them. Even-though I had a bumper to bumper manufacturers warranty they never wer dealer, but was disappointed in the level of service I received from them. Even-though I had a bumper to bumper manufacturers warranty they never were about to fix a vibration problem. When I went to MB of Calabasas they found a wheel bearing and motor mount that were questionable and replace them. That fix the problem. Service staff are very friendly. Would have given a 5 star rating but after one of the service work on my car I noticed a small cut in the drivers seat. MB never took responsibility for it but said it must have come from my cell phone. Eventually the had it repaired twice but it keeps failing. More
