Jason was very professional to deal with, even after I voiced some concerns over the repair costs . Attitude of all employees is positive and helpful. Came in after receiving invitation for a recall campaign of air bag replacement. T'was nice receiving their invite (apparently the dealership was aware of the recall. Was also given a loaner which was a pl of air bag replacement. T'was nice receiving their invite (apparently the dealership was aware of the recall. Was also given a loaner which was a plus. the only drawback .... communications: Apparently the installation was already completed around 2:00 pm. Never received text - when i followed up with the phone receptionist at 5:00 pm ("still in progress")...left vm to servicing agent... ..waited till almost 5:30 and only received a call from the servicing agent - was told the car was READY since 2:00 pm! More

I received a recall notice on my 07 Mercedes Benz E350 and I called Kyle my service rep from Calabasas Mercedes. He took great care of my vehicle. Service tech looked at my vehicle and the ID number did n and I called Kyle my service rep from Calabasas Mercedes. He took great care of my vehicle. Service tech looked at my vehicle and the ID number did not match what was needed to repair, which was good. My vehicle had no issues. Good service! More
