Overall very unpleasant experience We took our 2013 Mercedes Benz G63 to Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas to have a few problems fixed and I have to say my experience was not a pleasant one We took our 2013 Mercedes Benz G63 to Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas to have a few problems fixed and I have to say my experience was not a pleasant one . The first individual at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas I dealt with was my service representative , Eddie Aquino. I told Eddie about the problems associated with my vehicle and he assured me they would look at them and try to replicate them(They can be seen below). - Right light that shakes violently once you reach 60 miles per hour. - Loud clicking sound from the right rear wheel barring when you accelerate from stand still. - Violent wheel shaking on the highway when you change lanes The next day Eddie called me and told me my car was ready... I went back and they hadn't done anything... Since they couldn't replicate the problems and didn't bother driving the car at night to check the headlight. I had my father( has ran his own mechanic shop for 30 years) head down to the dealership to help replicate the problems in a drive a long with the technician. The technician saw the problems and noted them. They asked for authorization to drive the vehicle at night to see if the headlight really did shake. We gave them permission to do so and left. At this time our warranty was on the verge of expiring and they ended up keeping the car about 8-9 days and at that point the warranty expired. When we went to pick it up they fixed all the problems ,but DIDN'T BOTHER TO DRIVE THE CAR AT NIGHT TO SEE JUST HOW BAD THE HEADLIGHT SHAKES. The service lane manager Jason McCann was extremely rude and admitted they never drove the car at night even thought they asked and received permission to do so. They did put on the 50 miles in driving , but they didn't bother checking the headlight shaking at night. We ended up speaking with the service director Roger Ullen. At first he seem to be more understanding about the whole situation. He told us we could schedule a time to do a night time drive along and if it did shake he would have it fixed. We expressed concern that if the moment we drove off the premise there was no guarantee Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas would honor it's word so we asked to get it in writing. Roger told us he couldn't give us anything in writing as it would be considered an extension of our warranty which he could not legally do... He told us Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas had to fix the problem because we brought it in before the warranty expired so we shouldn't worry. We decided to take his word and a few days later we scheduled a time for Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas to send roadside assistance at night to visually see the problem. Sure enough the technician saw the headlight shaking. He gave us his report noting the shaking in the headlight and even noted that some of the original problems STILL EXISTED EVEN THOUGH THEY REPAIRED THEM.... We called Roger the next day to have our headlight changed. Roger told us Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas wouldn't change the headlight despite everything he told us.. Overall my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas was a terrible one. If you do decide to deal with them I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AS I WAS DECEIVED!!!!! More

excellence so convenient to make my appointment online. then i also very much appreciate the reminder. when we arrived for our 8am appointment, ryan came right so convenient to make my appointment online. then i also very much appreciate the reminder. when we arrived for our 8am appointment, ryan came right out. it took less than 10 minutes for him to get the info he needed of the car. we didn't need a ride so we left. we got the promised phone call when the car was ready. when we picked the car it had been washed! and again we were in and out in less than 15 minutes! i love calabasas mercedes More
dealer sucks never buy another car from EVER! we purchased a pre owned vehicle from them, we have always had an issue with vibration in steering in our E350 since day it was purchased. We took to dealer and couldn't fix problem and then saying rotors are warped and we have to pay for new rotors and brakes, even though we have an extended warrantee and problem has been existing since new and they won't take responsibility and had to contact Mercedes directly. We have always had Mercedes and purchases from calabasis but NEVER AGAIN!! Go to a smaller personal dealer where you don't become just a number... More
