Mercedes of Burlington has finally assembled the A-team of people that I've been looking for, for service, sales, and parts. All the departments work well together , providing seamless service. In the entire organization, I have never had one negative interaction with an employee. The facility is state-of-the-art, spacious, and comfortable. There is a beautiful coffee bar, and even a nail/manicure bar. The dealership is dog-friendly. This location also has the first AMG Performance Center in the country. Dealership events for customers are cool and upscale. They have great social-media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, etc. The service department has the dream team of 16 master technicians - more than any other dealership. Every technician takes the time to go over things with customers and answer any questions. Mark Lipizzi, the shop foreman, Bob Clifton, one of the techs, Steve Bergeron, a service advisor. Stephen Lopes, the service manager the real MVP has made sure every need of mine as been met. Tim Martino, the General? Manager, hasput together a great team and clearly lead by example. The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is built on giving back to the community, and supporting our community in any way we can. They have great locations for dealerships. Lyon-Waugh personally involved with operations, making sure his customers are cared for and satisfied. Lyon-Waugh has definitely raised the bar for Mercedes dealerships everywhere.
