I purchased a 2024 Audi A6 in mid December from MB of Buckhead and was issued a temp tag on 12/19/25. The tag expired on 2/2/26. I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and talked to Jay who said h Buckhead and was issued a temp tag on 12/19/25. The tag expired on 2/2/26. I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and talked to Jay who said he would look into it and call me back me back within 45 minutes. Didn't happen. I called back on the 2/3/26 and Jay told me he had talked to someone in another dept. and they were supposed to call me thus shifting responsibility. I then spoke to Emmanuel, his supervisor who said he would look into it. He called back addressed me by the wrong name and left a garbled message. He said in the message that he would overnight a new temp tag. (Didn't happen. I later found out that he did not do that.) I called back still try to determine where the title was. He didn't pick up and did not return my call. I'm a little concerned by now that they even have a good title. I call Emmanuel twice on 2/4/26 and left messages. Neither were returned. I called again on TH, 2/4/26, and spoke to Taliatha who did overnight me a new temp tag. I asked again if there was anyone who could provide me some info on the title status and I asked to speak to GM, Roger. Did not get a call from him. So I still don't know (now a month and a half after the purchase) what's going on with the title nor have I received call-backs from Gary or Emmanuel. More
