When I called to make an appointment, I informed them of the service needed. It was A7, I wish I was informed that the service would be 5 hours. I wasn’t prepared for that amount of time. As always, this dealership scheduled my appointment, serviced my vehicle, and got me out in record time. They even included a car wash and vacuum. I was offered an Uber but chose to wait for the repairs serviced my vehicle, and got me out in record time. They even included a car wash and vacuum. I was offered an Uber but chose to wait for the repairs to be completed. They have an excellent guest lounge with snacks, drinks, and TVs. I do have one negative: they added supply charges for work that didn’t appear to require any additional supplies. That’s disappointing in this day and age of high inflation. It's as if they expect people to be already conditioned to accept this practice. Other than that, I’ll give them four stars. More
